Clamshell grab

When a cement manufacturer’s production halted due to a broken clamshell grab, we were hired to provide a full-scale engineering recovery. We reverse-engineered the part from scratch, including taking on-site measurements and using 3D modelling and stress simulations to build a version even stronger than the original. By handling everything from design to final testing, we delivered an upgraded, high-durability replacement that got their operations back online.

Hydraulic Actuator

We were contracted to design and manufacture a custom hydraulic-driven actuator for a steel manufacturer to power molten steel bucket transport. To ensure performance in this safety-critical, high-heat environment, we utilized advanced simulations to account for extreme thermal and mechanical stresses. By managing the entire lifecycle—from design through final testing—we delivered a robust solution that significantly improved operational safety and reliability.

Automotive Pneumatic Checking Fixture

We designed and manufactured a high-precision pneumatic checking fixture to streamline automotive quality control. The system uses automated pneumatic clamping to securely hold complex parts, ensuring consistent dimensional accuracy and high repeatability. This solution minimizes manual inspection errors and reduces cycle times, ensuring all components meet rigorous automotive manufacturing standards.

Counterbalance Relief Valve

Our team designed and engineered a specialized manufacturing process to produce these 316 Stainless Steel counterbalance valves with maximum efficiency. By optimizing cycle times and tooling strategies, we overcame the challenges of machining this tough alloy, achieving high-speed production with minimal scrap and zero-leakage precision.

Tie-rod Hydraulic Cylinder

When a globally recognized OEM required a hydraulic solution capable of performing reliably under extreme operational conditions, our team was engaged to deliver a bespoke manufacturing partnership. The resulting tie-rod hydraulic cylinder was developed through a collaborative engineering process structured to meet and exceed stringent industry standards. To ensure the zero-failure reliability expected by our partners, each unit undergoes a comprehensive quality management protocol, including multi-stage pressure testing and rigorous tolerance verification.
